Trace elements are elements that are found only in few quantities in the body. Through the trace elements are very few, they’re very important to people’s health. Trace elements are usually known as micronutrients. People can receive the trace elements from the food, and if you don’t have them for a long time you will got sick. At present, more than 20 kinds of trace elements are already fond by chemists. According to this, we know that receive appropriate iron, iodine, copper, zinc and so on are very necessary. For example, iron can help the haemoglobin be made, then the haemoglobin will help the heart to receive the oxygen. The trace elements are also important to endocrines, vitamins and nucleic acids. It'll cripple the system of both endocrines and vitamins without trace elements, they can't work as usual. And if people’s body don't have the trace elements which can cause the metabolism of nucleic acids break down. However, the trace elements are elements which are very important to our bodies. People should be careful of the quantity of trace elements that people are received.
